Prototyp is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its established digital-product-development consulting firm into a growth phase. The role involves setting and driving the growth agenda, identifying new business opportunities, packaging the firm’s capabilities, participating in customer dialogues, coordinating three offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Barcelona, and protecting and developing the company’s culture. The ideal candidate has a consulting background with documented sales experience, high-level leadership experience, knowledge of how AI affects the consulting industry, and fluency in Swedish and English.
