Auld & White Constructors is hiring an experienced VDC & Constructability Manager to lead Virtual Design & Construction, constructability reviews, and design coordination for commercial construction projects in Northeast Florida. The role focuses on BIM execution planning, model coordination, clash detection, CAD/BIM documentation, preconstruction planning, and collaboration with operations, preconstruction, business development, design partners, and trade contractors to improve project delivery, reduce risk, and enhance efficiency. Candidates should have 3–5 years of relevant commercial construction experience, a related bachelor’s degree preferred, and proficiency with Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and other construction technology tools.
