E3M Solutions is seeking a VDC/BIM Coordinator to join their engineering team. This role involves designing and optimizing energy and engineering systems, coordinating systems integration, creating sustainable solutions, and ensuring high-quality designs. The ideal candidate will be a problem-solver, collaborator, and a team player who embodies the company's core values of being capable, adaptable, responsible, relational, and unified. They will be responsible for preparing layouts, details, schedules, drawings of mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical systems, reviewing BIM Execution Plans, creating documentation for BIM processes, achieving spatial coordination, and generating RFIs and detailed shop drawings. The position requires a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, or Technology, comprehensive knowledge of BIM, and experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Navis Works, Microsoft Products, and Bluebeam Revu.
