The role focuses on developing and managing construction models, facilitating trade coordination, performing clash detection, supporting preconstruction planning and 4D visual scheduling, and maintaining coordination workflows across multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should have a degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related experience, plus familiarity with Autodesk tools such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or Civil 3D. The position is based at Absher Construction, a 100% employee-owned general contractor, and offers a salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 USD.
