The VDC/BIM Coordinator supports project-level implementation of Virtual Design and Construction workflows by organizing multidisciplinary models, coordinating BIM data among architects, engineers, and trade partners, reviewing models for accuracy and contractual alignment, identifying clashes and constructability issues, preparing visuals and documentation, tracking modeling progress, and supporting operations teams. The role requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience and 0–4 years of VDC, BIM, or related experience; no certifications are required.
