Description
The BIM Modeler creates and maintains 3D, 4D, and 5D models for architectural, structural, and MEP systems; reviews bid scope documents; maintains model libraries; supports strategic planning; trains virtual construction technicians; and performs virtual walkthroughs. The role requires at least three years of blueprint and specification-reading experience, three years of experience with Autodesk or Navisworks software, a four-year degree in construction management, engineering, or architecture, at least four years of construction experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
