PENTA Building Group is hiring a VDC Manager to own the planning and execution of Virtual Design and Construction on assigned projects in Las Vegas, Nevada, and Phoenix, Arizona. The role leads VDC Engineers, represents VDC in project-level conversations, and is accountable for delivery quality from project initiation through closeout. Responsibilities include pursuit support, VDC management planning, model coordination, design review, reality capture, field technology, RFI resolution, as-built documentation, handover, and VDC initiatives. Candidates need a degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field, 5–8 years of design and construction experience, and demonstrated experience managing VDC deliverables independently; local jobsite travel and occasional overnight travel may be required.
