Description
GDIT is seeking a highly skilled and motivated VDI/End User Computing (EUC) Systems Engineer to design, deploy, maintain, optimize, secure, and troubleshoot enterprise Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments. The role involves managing virtual desktop infrastructure platforms, resolving complex performance and connectivity issues, performing capacity planning and performance tuning, and developing technical documentation. The engineer will also focus on building and optimizing Windows golden images using HashiCorp Packer, implementing security measures like STIGs and OS hardening, ensuring compliance with security policies, and utilizing monitoring tools for proactive issue resolution.
