Description
Syngenta is hiring a Vegetable Seeds Development Intern in Woodland, California, to support the Melon Breeding Team and participate in its Emerging Talent Program. The intern will conduct field evaluations of experimental hybrids and inbred lines, implement high-throughput phenotyping and electronic data-collection protocols, curate data, and manage field crew activities during the evaluation season. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, eligibility to work in the United States, and enrollment in a relevant bachelor's or advanced degree program; knowledge of plant breeding and computer proficiency are desired. The internship runs from mid-June 2027 through mid-September 2027 and pays $20–$45 per hour.
