Carvana is hiring a Vehicle Condition Associate I to assess, document, and maintain the condition and appearance of wholesale vehicle inventory. The role involves inspecting vehicles for mechanical, drivability, and cosmetic issues; using digital tools to evaluate exterior and interior condition; photographing damage; and recording trim levels and vehicle features. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years of age, a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, digital-device proficiency, and the ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions. The pay range is $21, and the position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
