May & Olde is hiring a full-time Vehicle Dispatch Specialist to independently plan and dispatch new and used vehicles from ordering through delivery. The role handles incoming orders, vehicle preparation, dealer and manufacturer systems, delivery and production tracking, vehicle documents, invoices, purchase and financing contracts, and coordination with sales, accounting, manufacturers, and authorities. Candidates should have commercial training, preferably in automotive retail, experience in automotive retail or vehicle dispatch, strong MS Office and organizational skills, and a structured, customer-oriented working style.
