Personal Select Consulting GmbH is staffing a full-time Vehicle Painter role in Hamburg for a client handling vehicle repair orders. The position covers vehicle intake and analysis, dismantling, surface preparation, sanding, putty work, priming, masking, color matching, partial and full coatings, spot repair, quality inspection, and paint-booth maintenance. Candidates need vehicle-painting training or a comparable qualification, paint-preparation and vehicle-painting experience, and several years of paint-booth experience; Spies Hecker or Cromax experience and a Class B driver’s license are advantageous. The role offers an open-ended contract, performance-based compensation above the collective bargaining rate, vacation and Christmas pay, and a travel cost allowance.
