Tesla is hiring a Vehicle Readiness Operations Supervisor / Operations Supervisor for Vehicle Intake and Vehicle Preparation to lead a dedicated team of vehicle preparers at a Delivery Hub. The role manages stakeholder relationships, workshop processes, scheduling, quality, flexibility, and vehicle readiness, while also developing solutions to reduce vehicle downtime. Candidates need several years of similar experience, strong leadership and organizational skills, fluent German and good English, the right to live and work in Germany, and a valid European Category B driver’s license.
