Tesla is hiring a Vehicle Readiness Operations Supervisor / Operations Supervisor for Vehicle Intake and Vehicle Reconditioning to lead a dedicated team of vehicle reconditioning specialists at a Delivery Hub. The role manages stakeholder relationships, workshop workflows, scheduling, process leadership, operational efficiency, quality, and vehicle readiness, while also supporting teams on site. Candidates need several years of similar experience, strong organizational and customer-focused leadership skills, fluent German and good English, authorization to live and work in Germany, and a valid European Category B driver’s license.
