INEOS Automotive is seeking a Vehicle Support Engineer to join their team. This role involves providing technical support for vehicles, focusing on maintaining uptime and ensuring customer satisfaction. The engineer will collaborate with various internal and external partners, conduct field visits, analyze root cause issues, and contribute to process improvements. They will also be involved in reviewing repairs, compiling technical reports, coaching internal teams, and assisting with fleet and customer service.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Significant (8-10 years) Aftersales and Technical service engineering-based business experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Recognizable technical qualification or experience-based equivalent.
Broad experience in many, if not all Automotive Technical Service Engineering and Aftersales disciplines.
Preferably come from an automotive aftersales background, with strong diagnostic and analysis skills, capable of adapting to varied expectations and wearing multiple hats.
Ability to work effectively in both office and field-based environments, prioritizing customer-centric repair and service excellence.
Excellent communication skills.
Frequent travel within the assigned region.
