ACV is hiring a Vehicle Titles Processing Specialist to process incoming vehicle titles from dealerships, banks, and credit unions according to state DMV guidelines. The role also handles customer inquiries, troubleshoots title and odometer issues, maintains confidentiality, and supports other departments. Applicants need a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience in titles, the automotive industry, or a related field; Microsoft Office or GSuite, communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and technical aptitude are also required.
