Description
The employer is hiring an internal retail salesperson to assist customers in-store, by phone, WhatsApp, or e-mail; identify vehicle models and replacement parts; prepare and negotiate commercial proposals; check inventory and delivery schedules; maintain relationships with mechanics and workshops; and suggest complementary products. The role requires basic mechanical knowledge, electronic catalogs, part-coding, sales and objection-handling skills, clear communication, digital responsiveness, basic computer skills, and a high school education.
