nLighten is hiring a Vendor & Contract Manager to own repair, maintenance, cleaning, and related Facilities Management operating costs across 34 sites in seven European countries. Reporting to the Head of Facility and working with Procurement, the role will establish cost baselines, consolidate fragmented contracts, standardise scopes and KPI frameworks, lead renewals and tenders, negotiate with suppliers, and implement supplier governance. The position requires at least five years of experience managing multi-country Facilities Management contracts, technical knowledge of data centre systems, strong commercial and contract skills, and regular travel across the portfolio. It can be based in Germany or the Netherlands.
