Description
SimpliSafe is hiring a Vendor Management Professional to own and deepen its professional monitoring vendor partnerships. The role serves as the primary relationship owner and subject matter expert across the vendor portfolio, manages vendor performance, KPIs, contract amendments, SLAs, commercial terms, operational risks, and technology platform roadmaps, and partners with internal CXM, Monitoring Compliance, and Product teams. The position can be based in Boston, Massachusetts, or Richmond, Virginia, and requires at least five years of vendor management, partner management, or strategic sourcing experience.
