Vixxo is hiring a full-time Vendor Manager focused exclusively on HVAC and refrigeration projects, based in its Dallas office. The role owns the nationwide contractor network, sources and vets HVAC and refrigeration contractors, assigns them to survey, reactive, and capital-install work, and serves as the technical authority on client scopes of work. Responsibilities include contractor education, field escalation, performance tracking, vendor relationship management, and coordination with project managers, dispatch, and project delivery to improve survey and dispatch speed and quality.
