ING is hiring a Vendor Manager to manage strategic and critical IT vendor relationships and contracts, including Technology Business Applications, infrastructure software, telecom, and IT services. The role covers contract lifecycle management, supplier performance and risk monitoring, negotiations, renewals, disputes, preferred-supplier consolidation, and governance with business contract owners. Candidates need more than six years of procurement or vendor-management experience, including at least two years managing vendor relationships in the technology category, offshore-team experience, strong English and Dutch language skills, and knowledge of regulatory, cloud, and cybersecurity matters.
