Planet Home Lending is hiring a Vendor Oversight Specialist to support its Escrow team by monitoring, auditing, analyzing, and reporting vendor performance. The role handles routine vendor questions and issue resolution, escalates concerns, helps establish vendor standards, identifies risk and workflow improvements, and supports servicing leadership. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of insurance or real estate tax experience or two years of loan servicing experience; prior vendor management experience is preferred. The position requires communication, problem-solving, organization, time management, mathematics, and data analysis skills and offers medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401(k), and paid holidays.
