OpenAI is hiring a Vendor Security Technical Program Manager to independently lead vendor-security engagements from business-need assessment through scoping, risk analysis, treatment, implementation, and reassessment. The role combines technical security judgment with delivery, including evaluating architectures, access, data flows, controls, and supply-chain risks; developing reusable security patterns; coordinating with Legal, Procurement, vendors, and internal teams; and using AI-assisted tools to build and maintain security programs and workflows.
