The role compares supplier and subcontractor quotations, supports project management with pricing and change requests, analyzes technical plans and bills of quantities, and proposes cost-conscious solutions. Candidates need a relevant diploma or equivalent experience, prior estimation or comparable technical experience, analytical accuracy, technical plan interpretation, and strong communication skills.
