Description
The Ventilation Project Manager serves as the customer contact for technical and commercial matters, prepares quotations, negotiates price-quality ratios, designs ventilation systems using VectorWorks or AutoCAD, coordinates field service and supplier activities, and schedules project meetings. The role requires a bachelor's degree in climate control, construction engineering, or equivalent experience, technical knowledge of building services, commercial acumen, numerical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and independent working abilities.
