Description
Founders Factory is hiring a Venture Builder to take ideas from zero to venture-backable businesses. The role owns end-to-end early-stage product development, including problem definition, MVP scoping, shipping, testing, iteration, customer experience, and product-market validation. The Venture Builder works closely with founders, supports studio stage-gate decisions, monitors market and technology trends, and communicates progress and recommendations across product, design, growth, and technology. The role requires proven 0→1 product or venture-building experience, ideally across multiple disciplines, with experience in healthcare or similarly regulated environments, a strong technical mindset, no-code or low-code prototyping ability, and commercial judgment.
