Description
Entrepreneurs First is hiring a two-year Venture Fellow to work across talent sourcing, founder support, and launch activities. The role spends approximately eight months sourcing exceptional early-career founders, three months supporting invested founders in building teams and validating ideas, and one week in San Francisco supporting founders preparing for their first investment round. The Fellow will contribute to investment decisions, advise founders on careers and fundraising, and develop judgment in talent assessment, company building, technical literacy, and investment thinking. The fellowship is on-site, fixed-term, and offers mentorship, access to the investor network, and support for a subsequent career as an investor, startup operator, or founder.
