Plug and Play is hiring a full-time Ventures Associate for its Brand & Retail vertical in Sunnyvale, California. The role supports corporate customers, accelerator programs, and early-stage investments by developing customer relationships, sourcing startups, conducting dealflow sessions, managing accelerator stakeholders, preparing investment proposals, and supporting sales and ad hoc projects. The position requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, strong communication and analytical skills, financial acumen, and a performance-oriented approach. Attendance is four days at the office and one day from home.
