Volkstheater Rostock is hiring a Venue Technician (m/f/d) to work in its Audio and Video Technology department for 39 hours per week on a permanent basis starting 01.12.2026. The role covers audio and video playback, equipment setup and monitoring, wireless microphone operation, electronic device maintenance, performance documentation, archiving, and communication technology support. Applicants need vocational training or equivalent experience, at least three years of professional experience, knowledge of Dante and digital audio and video production software, computer science and networking knowledge, and flexibility for weekends and public holidays.
