NETSHAKE is hiring a Hunter/Sales Setter to proactively contact AI-qualified e-commerce leads, conduct opening and qualification calls, identify decision-makers, set appointments for closers, follow up, and maintain a CRM pipeline. The role requires prior experience in telephone sales, opening, or setting, German at a native level, resilience, and a results-oriented approach. Compensation includes a fixed starting amount plus uncapped commission, with potential earnings of 2,500–10,000 EUR as a Setter and 10,000 EUR or more as a Closer. The position is 100% remote or available from the company’s Dubai office, with training and possible long-term employment.
