Versatile Operator at Causal Labs

The company is seeking a versatile operator to help build the company behind its large physics foundation model. This high-ownership, high-autonomy role will drive strategic and operational initiatives, build planning, metrics, systems, and reporting infrastructure, own special projects across fundraising, finance, operations, and vendor management, and take complex problems from the founders to resolution. The role requires experience in strategy, operations, consulting, finance, or an early-stage founder or operator role, along with strong analytical, structured-thinking, communication, execution, and judgment skills.
