The Radisson Blu in Nantes is hiring a versatile server for its food service offering, including breakfast and seminars. The role involves welcoming guests, responding to requests, setting up and cleaning the restaurant, taking and verifying orders, maintaining service quality and hygiene, handling room-service trays, and occasionally covering a bartender or event service. Experience in food and beverage service is an asset but not essential; the position requires a hands-on, customer-focused approach, computer proficiency, and excellent communication.
