Description
This is a construction-training vacancy for the Fábrica Escola program, which requires participants to complete at least 30 days and no more than six months of training. The program covers organizational culture, the Tenda Industrial Model, occupational safety, operational standards, and practical work in structural and post-structural construction, including formwork, framing, embedded work, finishing, aluminum and wood framing, flooring, waterproofing, ceilings, plumbing, painting, and tiling. Basic elementary education and the ability to handle materials and tools are desired, while meal and transport allowances, health insurance, and life insurance are provided.
