Prairie Landworks is hiring an experienced Vertical Construction Project Manager, also described as a Project Manager – General Construction, in McPherson, Kansas. The role leads commercial, municipal, industrial, and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout, with responsibility for budgets, schedules, subcontractor buyout and coordination, self-performed civil and concrete scopes, RFIs, submittals, change orders, cost forecasting, pay applications, risk management, and communication with project stakeholders. The position is full time, typically 45–50 hours per week, offers an $85,000–$120,000 annual salary, and includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement matching, PTO, holidays, and a vehicle or allowance.
