Description

UVeye is hiring a Vertical Operations Manager to oversee delivery, installation, and lifecycle service operations for assigned Fleet, Rental, or Dealership verticals. The role manages field service engineers and service operations coordinators, validates sales commitments, oversees installation partners and contractors, plans capacity and resources, and drives SLA, KPI, and OKR performance. The position requires at least five years of field operations or technical operations leadership experience, familiarity with automotive or fleet service environments, and proficiency with ERP, CRM, or field service management systems. It offers medical, dental, and vision coverage, a 401(k) match, paid time off, and an annual base salary of $110,000 to $125,000.

Required Previous Experiences: 5+ years leading field operations, service delivery, or technical operations teams

Leading cross-functional initiatives across Sales, Customer Success, Implementation, and Operations
Capacity planning, resource allocation, and operational forecasting
Managing high-volume deployment, installation, or field service projects
Managing third-party vendors, contractors, and installation partners
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field
