Bakker Bart is hiring a Vestigingsmanager to lead a retail bakery outlet, manage the team, oversee the P&L and daily operations, improve sales and customer experience, and prepare the store for a future franchisee. The role requires MBO-4 or HBO-level education, leadership and coaching experience, commercial and operational skills, and knowledge of hygiene and food-safety standards. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,000–€4,500, a bonus scheme, vacation pay, and other benefits.
