BlackRock is hiring an Aladdin Technical Relationship Manager, Associate, for its Veterans Transition Program in New York. The role partners with Aladdin clients to help them use the platform, maps product vision to client initiatives, advises senior stakeholders, tracks product feedback, and coordinates cross-functional solutions. It requires at least two years of financial-services experience, knowledge of FinTech and investment workflows, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced global team. The program is intended for veterans with at least two years of active uniformed service and less than five years of civilian work experience, with employment starting in late October 2026 or early November. The position offers a base salary of USD 125,000 to USD 155,000, an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave, and retirement benefits, with a hybrid work model requiring at least four days per week in the office.
