BlackRock is hiring a six-month Veteran Transition Program Associate for its Corporate Actions team in Wilmington, Delaware. The role owns end-to-end corporate actions processing for assigned client workflows, including elections, instructions, reconciliation, exception resolution, controls, stakeholder coordination, and onboarding support. Candidates need corporate actions or investment operations experience, reconciliation and exception-management skills, Excel proficiency, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. The program requires at least two years of active uniformed service, less than five years of civilian work experience, and commencement in late October or early November 2026. The salary range is USD 85,000 to USD 117,500, with an annual discretionary bonus and benefits including healthcare, leave, and retirement benefits.
