The role involves identifying workflow challenges, building automations, testing AI models, supporting Aladdin Compliance and Accounting platforms, and collaborating with business and technology partners. It requires 4+ years of Business Analyst or Developer experience, programming and SQL skills, machine learning knowledge, and familiarity with RPA and data visualization tools. The program is based in Wilmington, Delaware or Atlanta, Georgia, with a hybrid work model requiring at least four days per week in the office.
