BlackRock is hiring an Onboarding Manager, Associate for its six-month Veterans Transition Program in Atlanta, Georgia. The role leads end-to-end onboarding of Limited Partner clients for the Insight data collection service, including project planning, stakeholder coordination, data collection and reconciliation, system integrations, client training, adoption support, issue resolution, and reporting. Candidates need at least two years of active uniformed service, less than five years of civilian work experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong project management and communication skills; alternatives industry experience is advantageous. The position offers a base salary of USD 105,000 to USD 132,000, an annual discretionary bonus, healthcare and other benefits, and a hybrid work model requiring at least four days per week in the office.
