ArkVets is hiring a DVM for its Central Phoenix hospital, offering a $180,000 base salary with ProSal, no negative accrual, vacation not counting against production, and a signing bonus based on experience. The role involves general practice and urgent care, with 1–2 surgery days per week, surgery and dentistry coaching, quarterly training, and individual mentorship. The position requires an Arizona veterinary license in good standing, availability between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. with some weekends and holidays, and strong communication skills.
