Heart + Paw is hiring a Veterinary Assistant to support veterinarians and technicians with routine exams, surgical procedures, pet care, diagnostics, medication administration, medical records, appointment preparation, client education, radiographs, dental procedures, anesthesia monitoring, and facility maintenance. The role requires strong client communication, teamwork, adaptability, physical ability to lift 20+ pounds, and preferably 1–2 years of clinical veterinary experience; certifications such as Fear Free or HABRI are preferred or obtainable.
