The role handles reception, phone and digital communications, appointment scheduling, check-in and checkout, payment and invoice explanations, client education, prescription coordination, medical-record entry, appointment confirmations, and compassionate support during emergencies and end-of-life visits. Candidates must have at least one year of veterinary experience and strong customer service, communication, computer, organization, multitasking, and teamwork skills, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
