Veterinary externship program for students in an accredited DVM program, offering supervised clinical experience in a small animal practice. Externs work alongside the veterinary team on patient care, histories, exams, diagnostic and therapeutic plans, surgery assistance, medical case management, wellness care, client communication, and SOAP medical records, with a weekly stipend provided. The role requires U.S. work authorization and professional liability insurance, and is scheduled flexibly for two to eight weeks with days, evenings, and weekends.
