Description
Animal Emergency Hospital is hiring first- through fourth-year veterinary students for externships in its full-service emergency practice in Bel Air, Maryland. The loosely structured program offers two- to eight-week rotations, three 12-hour weekly shifts, and mentorship in outpatient triage, ICU care, surgical procedures, and patient-care decision-making. Students will shadow mentors, assist with triage, attend ICU rounds, contribute to care decisions, and scrub into procedures and surgeries.
