Description
Pet Vet Roanoke is hiring Veterinary Externs for a two-to-eight-week externship. Eligible candidates are third- and fourth-year veterinary students in the clinical portion of their education. The extern will work with a supervising veterinarian to gather patient histories, perform physical examinations, develop treatment plans, assist with diagnostics, dentistry, surgical procedures, and medical management, while also developing communication skills with the medical team, support staff, and clients.
