The role handles incoming calls, appointment scheduling and confirmation, visitor greetings, wait-time management, waiting-area upkeep, client communication, and backup support for technical staff. The position requires a high school diploma, at least one year of experience in a veterinary practice or customer-facing role, strong communication and computer skills, and the ability to remain professional in stressful situations. It is performed in a veterinary hospital and may involve lifting up to 30 pounds and standing for long periods. The stated pay range is $15.00 to $19.95 per hour.
