Petco is hiring a Hospital Concierge to serve as the first and last point of contact for clients and patients at a full-service Vetco Total Care veterinary hospital. The role handles incoming calls, appointment scheduling and confirmation, visitor greetings, wait-time management, waiting-area upkeep, client communication, and backup support for technical staff. It requires a high school diploma, at least one year of experience in a veterinary practice or customer-facing role, strong communication and telephone and computer skills, and the ability to remain professional in stressful situations. The position is supervised by the Hospital Office Manager and Hospital Leader on Duty and involves standing, lifting up to 30 pounds, and direct contact with clients and their pets.
