VEG is hiring a Veterinary Nursing Shift Lead to manage the rhythm and flow of each veterinary emergency medicine shift. The role oversees patient status, team bandwidth, workflow, role assignments, break coverage, floor support, transitions, huddles, conflict resolution, incident reporting, and coordination with hospital leadership. Candidates should be credentialed veterinary technicians or enrolled in the credentialing support program, have at least one year of veterinary technician or assistant experience, and be available for rotating nights, weekends, and holidays. Compensation is $18.50-$44 per hour plus a shift differential, with medical, dental, and vision coverage and other benefits.
