Northside Veterinary Clinic is hiring a full-time Practice Manager to lead day-to-day hospital operations, including staffing, scheduling, patient flow, client retention, marketing, personnel management, inventory, financial reporting, budgeting, billing, insurance claims, and client service. The role requires prior veterinary management experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and the ability to balance business and staff needs. Compensation is $100,000–$120,000 per year with a potential 15% performance-based bonus, a $5,000 retention bonus after two years, and medical, dental, vision, retirement, paid time off, and 401(k) benefits.
